What you don't know is that you actually signed up for the draft automatically when you signed for your driver's license, state issued identification card and Social Security Card. So like when I was drafted I got a draft notice that said GREETINGS FROM THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. YOU ARE ORDERED TO REPORT TO THE UNITED STATES SELECTIVE SERVICE...... Well I reported to the main post office where the DRAFT BOARD was located, got my medical and duty date. Then I opted out for the Navy. I couldn't get any type of exemptions. I went to Vietnam got shot and decided to make the Navy my career. I get a good pension with medical benefits and educational opportunities and a home loan benefits. What you don't know is that you cannot refuse to be drafted. You WILL end up in jail like Mohamed Ali. You cannot walk off the battlefield or jump ship because you will be executed like the guy during the Korean War. He was executed by a firing squad. If we are going to have a draft, then women must be drafted too.
